Studying engineering if you haven't completed all the prerequisites at secondary school

Can I study engineering at UWA if I haven't completed all the prerequisites at secondary school?

If you have not completed one or more of the prerequisites for the major in Engineering Science, you will still be able to work towards a Master of Professional Engineering, by completing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Engineering Science coupled with a program of specific units to bridge any gaps in your knowledge. Please be aware that completing the prerequisites during your degree may add time to your overall study program, or limit your choice of second major.

The Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics has prepared a number of sample study plans for students who may be missing one or more of the prerequisites.

Visit the Future Students website for more information on all of our courses.
