How do I meet the English Language Competence (ELC) requirements for Postgraduate study at UWA?
If you are a Domestic student you will generally meet your English Language Competence (ELC) requirements by having studied at least two years at a tertiary level in an English speaking University. If this describes you, the official academic transcript/s you provide as part of your application are all you need to show to meet UWA’s ELC requirements.

If you are an International student, or have not completed a minimum of two years of tertiary study in an English speaking university, please refer to the English Language Competence web page. This page explains the documents or test results that can be provided to UWA in order to meet the ELC admission requirement.
