How to obtain an Application for Conferral of Award Form

I haven't received an Application for Conferral of Award Form, what do I do?

Application for Conferral of Award Forms are no longer sent via post. You can apply to graduate on-line by logging into studentConnect.

Your student account will remain active for up to 12 months after you complete your course requirements and, if necessary, it can be reactivated. Contact the Library if you experience any problems.

If you have completed your course requirements before 2010 use "Email Us" to contact us and we will email you an Application for Conferral of Award Form.
