Entry requirements for psychology (Australian domestic students)

What are the admission requirements for psychology if I am an Australian domestic student?

Students hoping to gain professional accreditation as a psychologist are required to complete both the Psychology in Society and Psychological Science undergraduate majors as part of either a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts. The psychology units to be studied are the same in either degree, although your broadening and elective (free choice) units may be different according to which degree you have chosen. You will then have the opportunity to undertake study at honours level before proceeding to postgraduate studies in Psychology. Refer to the respective course page on the Future Students website for more information on prerequisites and minimum entry scores for each of these majors.

A summary of UWA's general undergraduate admission requirements will provide you with more details.

The School of Psychology website also has further information on undergraduate and postgraduate study.
