Ability to work full time and study Graduate Diploma in Education part time

Can I work full-time and study the Graduate Diploma in Education part-time?

The Graduate Diploma in Education, unlike some post-graduate courses, is not aimed at working professionals who may be seeking to upgrade their qualifications. Classes are not normally recorded and participation in workshops is assessed.

Most classes are timetabled Monday to Friday during the day from 8am to 5pm. Although some larger units have alternative time slots, most classes have a single three hour workshop. During professional practice you will need to be available full-time for five weeks in semester 1 and six weeks in semester 2. It is not possible to change dates for professional practice because of agreements with school sectors.

It is important you consider this information before applying.
