Accepting your offer is easy, simply log into UWA Apply to start your acceptance. You will be able to make your payment online through UWA Apply, after you have completed the necessary steps to get to the "Payment" section.
We encourage online payments, as it has a faster processing time, which in turn leads to faster processing of your offer acceptance.
Convera is UWA’s official international payment partner, giving you a fast, simple and secure way to pay your fees from overseas. You’ll see the exact amount in your local currency, with no hidden costs, and can track your payment every step of the way. Depending on your country, you can also choose alternative payment options like Alipay, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, international credit cards and more.
If you wish to make an offline payment, you can make a transfer through your bank. Please refer to the attached document for the necessary details to make an offline payment.
Important Notes:
- Offline methods of payment take longer as Admissions need to reconcile your payment, this means there will be delays in issuing a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) certificate.
- Admissions will need to confirm that full payment has been received before we can issue a CoE certificate. You will need your CoE if you are applying for a student visa.
