Mr Ralph Edward Pennington bequeathed funds to The University of Western Australia (‘the University’) to provide a scholarship to assist and encourage a high-achieving student to undertake the Master of Professional Engineering (‘MPE’) degree course at the University with a specialisation in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.
