Applicable study: To provide senior secondary students with an opportunity to undertake a cycle 1 undergraduate degree course and then a cycle 2 postgraduate degree by coursework at the University.
Closing date: 24 May 2020 (for year 12 students commencing in 2021)
Tenure: Up to sixteen semesters, which are normally consecutive

The UWA Winthrop Leaders Scholarship has been established by The University of Western Australia (‘the University’) to provide senior secondary students with an opportunity to undertake a cycle 1 undergraduate degree course and then a cycle 2 postgraduate degree by coursework at the University. The scholarship is intended for students who show significant academic potential, together with leadership ability and other outstanding achievements throughout Year 11 and 12.
