UWA College does not offer online learning. As such, you must receive your visa and arrive in Perth in time for the first day of Orientation Week.

If you’re experiencing visa delays or have spoken with the Student Services team about exceptional circumstances, you may be eligible for a late arrival. In these cases, you must arrive in Perth by the following dates:

• Trimester 2, 2025 – Final date to arrive and enrol: Friday, 27 June 2025
• Trimester 3, 2025 – Final date to arrive and enrol: Friday, 24 October 2025

Please note: 

• Students who are under 18 will need to arrive within 14 days of their course start date so the above dates are not applicable.
• These are the final deadlines for late arrival and enrolment. Requests beyond these dates are unlikely to be approved.
