How much time am I given to revise my thesis after the viva voce?

If you receive a Passed, Passed subject to minor revisions or Passed subject to substantive amendments, you will be given up to 3 months from the classification outcome to revise your thesis and submit a final version.

Should you not be able to submit your final version on time, please contact the Graduate Research School via askUWA to request an extension and provide a detailed supporting statement. A maximum of up to 3 months extension may be granted.

 

Note: If the final version is not received within the prescribed time including the three-month allowance, and no case has been made, the student may face a course termination and will not be permitted to re-enrol.
