Additional fees for UniHall
Are there any additional fees?

At UniHall the only additional fees include the following:
- Confirmation Fee (annual non-refundable charge for ResClub Membership and Welcome Week activities). In 2025 the Confirmation Fee is $720 for new residents and $500 for returning residents.
- Parking permit: Undercover $550 or External bays $460 (spaces are limited so apply via the UniHall portal).
