If your progress status shows as ‘On Probation Restrict-18’ in studentConnect, it means you have not made satisfactory progress in your course. Check your student email, and contact your Student Adviser before re-enrolling as conditions and restrictions apply to your enrolment.

Things to do next

Your student adviser can help you:
  •  Develop a plan for success in your studies;
  •  Identify the causes or issues affecting your studies and appropriate strategies or support;
  •  Connect to support services such as such as counselling and STUDYSmarter
  •  Review your enrolment and explore alternate study plans or courses that may better suit your goals and strengths;
  •  Schedule regular meetings to keep you on track through the semester ahead
  •  If you are an international student, you must contact the International Student Adviser to find out how your progress status might affect your Student Visa.

 If you believe your progress status does not fairly reflect the worth of the academic work you submitted, you can lodge a review within 20 days of receiving your progress status notification.
