How do I book a venue for my viva voce?

If your viva voce time falls between the standard working hours of 9am to 5pm, we will be able to organise and set up a dedicated room on campus at Reid Library. Alternatively, please use Resource Booker to book available rooms on campus.

 

Please also seek assistance from your School to book a suitable venue if it is outside of the standard hours.
